⏳Order Cancellation & Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible, all returns must receive pre-approval from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

📋Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
• You include a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

Non-returnable items:

• Customized, made-to-order, or personalized Goods.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Intimate, sanitary, or hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed.

🚚Returning Goods

• If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. (Returns cost: $0.00)

🎁Gifts

If your order was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
