You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. All requests must be made before your order has been processed, packaged, or shipped.

Once an order enters the fulfillment or shipping stage, we are unable to cancel, change, or modify it.

🚚After Shipment

Once your order has been processed, packaged, or shipped:

• It cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted.
• Changes to shipping address, recipient name, or item specifications are no longer possible.
• You may wait until your package arrives and then follow our Return Policy to request a return or exchange.

💵Fees & Refunds

• Free Cancellations: Requests made within 12 hours of purchase are free of charge and result in a full refund.
• After Processing (Pre-Shipment): If your order has already entered processing but has not yet shipped, a small restocking fee may apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
• Shipping Fees: Once an order has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method (Paypal) within 10 business days.

🔄Order Change Scenarios

• Shipping Address Updates: Changes can only be made within 12 hours of order placement. After this window, address updates are not possible. Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
• Item Swaps (e.g., size, color, style): Allowed only within 12 hours of purchase. Afterward, the best option is to cancel (if still eligible) and place a new order with the correct details.
